Corral Hollow Road Closure Construction Notice

Tracy Hills Drive Traffic Signal Activation on March 13 and Tracy Hills Preview Opening on March 16

Posted: Mar 8, 2019

Tracy, Calif. – On Wednesday, March 13, crews will activate the new traffic signal at Corral Hollow Road and Tracy Hills Drive. Once activated, the timing of the signal will cycle in order to avoid backups; however, local residents and the traveling public should anticipate extra delay during commute hours. Please pay attention to reader boards onsite and obey all traffic rules.

What to Expect

During construction, public safety remains a top priority. Access to properties will be maintained at all times. Open trenches will be covered using steel plates at the end of work shifts. Local residents and the traveling public should anticipate extra delay during commute hours. We apologize for the traffic impacts this work has caused and thank you for your continued patience.

Tracy Hills Preview Opening

Join Integral Communities on Saturday, March 16 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to preview the grand opening of the Tracy Hills model homes. There will be live music, fun activities for kids, food trucks, desserts, and 23 floor plans to explore. For more information, visit

The overall project, which constructed utility connections for new development in south Tracy, including Phase 1 of Tracy Hills master-planned community, Ellis development and future Aquatic Center, is nearing completion. Crews still need to install a sanitary sewer structure at Parkside Drive and then slurry seal Corral Hollow Road from Parkside Drive to W. Linne Road, followed by striping. This work was delayed due to weather constraints and is now expected to be complete by late spring/early summer 2019. Work will not require a road closure or detour; although motorists should expect traffic control, flaggers and a lane shift.
