The City of Tracy Development Services Department will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 4, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:
D17-0031: The applicant is Sayed Hashimi and the property owner is Souza Realty – 2179 West Grant Line Road – Public hearing to consider an application for Development Review to construct an outdoor dining area at 2179 West Grant Line Road (Assessor’s Parcel Number 214-560-03). The project has been determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15301 which pertains to the expansion of existing facilities. The Project Planner is Kenny Lipich, Assistant Planner, (209)831-6443, Kenneth.Lipich@cityoftracy.org.
              All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
