01 10 19 Dir Public Hearing

The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 10, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 at Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider the following applications:
D18-0030: The applicant is Crown Castle representing Sprint Wireless and the property owner is Tracy Unified School District – 1775 West Lowell Avenue– Public Hearing to consider an application for Development Review to remove three antennas and install six new antennas and remove three remote radio units (RRU’s) and install six RRU’s to an existing monopole at 1775 West Lowell Avenue (Assessor’s Parcel Number 232-130-04). The project has been determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15301. D18-0027: Development Review Permit for the development of an approximately 156,000 square foot warehouse at 1447 Mariani Court, Tracy – The applicant is Jessica Sheehan for Scannell Properties– Public Hearing to consider a proposal to develop an approximately 156,000 square foot warehouse building and related parking, utilities, and site improvements on an approximately 11.9 acre site, located at the northwest end of Mariani Court; 1447 Mariani Court, Tracy; Assessor’s Parcel Number 250-260-09. The project is consistent with the development density established by the City of Tracy General Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report was certified by the Tracy City Council. Therefore, in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15183, no additional environmental review is required. The project planner is Kimberly Matlock, Associate Planner, kimberly.matlock@cityoftracy.org or (209)831-6430.
