The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following:

Application Numbers PUD18-0001 and D18-0014: Applicant is the Redbridge Owners Association - Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Redbridge Planned Unit Development and a Development Review Permit to install community gates and a guard house for the Redbridge subdivision. The Redbridge subdivision consists of 438 single-family lots on approximately 138 acres located in the vicinity of Redbridge Road and Lammers Road. Extension of a Conditional use Permit for a Child Care Facility to be Located within the Existing Structure at 89 W. 7th Street - A request to renew the approval of a conditional use permit for an additional six months as allowed by Tracy Municipal Code Section 10.08.4350 (EXT18-0006). The approved project includes an application for a Conditional Use Permit for an existing 2,200 square foot structure to be used as a child care facility and a Development Review application for the alteration of the existing rear yard to be used as a play area consisting of hardscape, lawn, landscaping, shade structure, and storage shed (Application Numbers CUP17-0021 and D17-0021). The site is located at 89 West 7th Street, Tracy, at the northeast corner of B Street and West 7th Street (APN: 235-066-01). The original project was categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to Guidelines Section 15303, New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures.
