DIRECTOR PUBLIC HEARINGS

The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 129 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:

D18-0025: Applicant and Property Owner is Lennar Homes – Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 253-360-04, 253-360-16, and 253-360-17.  Public hearing to consider a Development Review application for the architectural design and development plans for a 608-lot residential subdivision, known as Villages 1, 3, 4, and 5 of Tracy Hills Phase 1A, located on approximately 171 acres in the vicinity of Tracy Hills Road. An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was certified by the City Council on April 5, 2016 for the Tracy Hills Specific Plan project, including the Tracy Hills Phase 1A Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map. D18-0012: Applicant is Shack and Company, Inc., and the Owner is Tracy Truck Parking, Inc. – 205 Gandy Dancer Drive, Assessor’s Parcel Number 248-470-18. Public hearing to consider an application for the construction of an approximately 2,000 square foot office and shop building on an approximately 3-acre vacant property and related site improvements including truck parking, employee parking, and landscaping. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Guidelines Section 15332; the project is an infill development, consistent with the City’s General Plan and Zoning on a site of less than five acres. All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
