08 20 18 Dir Public Hearing

The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on August 20, 2018, 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:
D18-0020: Applicant is HPA, and Owner is Prologis – 6652 Promontory Parkway, Assessor’s Parcel Number 209-120-09 – Public hearing to consider an application for the construction of a 640,973 square foot industrial building and related parking and site plan improvements. The project is consistent with the Cordes Ranch Environmental Impact Report, certified by the City on September 3, 2013.  In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Victoria Lombardo, Senior Planner, (209)831-6428, Victoria.Lombardo@cityoftracy.org.
EXT18-0004: Development Review Approval Extension of Duplexes and Triplexes Totaling 18 Dwelling Units - Applicant and Property Owner is Larry LaComba Public hearing to consider a two-year extension of the Development Review approval of three duplexes and four triplexes totaling 18 dwelling units at 262 W. Clover Road.  The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 pertaining in-fill development projects.  The Project Planner is Kimberly Matlock, Associate Planner, (209)831-6430, Kimberly.Matlock@cityoftracy.org.
D18-0018: Expansion of the Calstone Masonry Products Outdoor Storage – Public hearing to consider a proposal to add approximately 90,500 square feet of pavement on unimproved portions of an industrial site to provide additional outdoor storage areas for the existing masonry products manufacturing plant.  The site is located at 426 E. Grant Line Road, approximately 900 feet south of Grant Line Road (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 233-460-17 and 07). The project is consistent with the development density established by the City of Tracy General Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report was certified by the Tracy City Council. Therefore, in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15183, no additional environmental review is required. The applicant is Schack and Company for Calstone Holdings, LLC.  The Project Planner is Genevieve Fernandez, Assistant Planner, (209)831-6435, Genevieve.Fernandez@cityoftracy.org.
