DIRECTOR PUBLIC HEARING
 
The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 129 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:
 
D18-0016: Applicant is Meritage Homes and Property Owner is Tracy Phase 1, LLC – Assessor’s Parcel Number 253-360-05 – Public hearing to consider a Development Review application for the architectural design of a 182-lot residential subdivision, known as Neighborhood 7 of Tracy Hills Phase 1A, located on approximately 36 acres in the vicinity of Tracy Hills Road. An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was certified by the City Council on April 5, 2016 for the Tracy Hills Specific Plan project, including the Tracy Hills Phase 1A Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map. The Project Planner is Scott Claar, Senior Planner, (209)831-6429, Scott.Claar@cityoftracy.org.
 
D18-0017: Applicant is Shea Homes and Property Owner is Tracy Phase 1, LLC – Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 253-360-17 – Public hearing to consider a Development Review application for the architectural design of a 74-lot residential subdivision, known as Neighborhood 2 of Tracy Hills Phase 1A, located on approximately 19 acres in the vicinity of Tracy Hills Road. An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was certified by the City Council on April 5, 2016 for the Tracy Hills Specific Plan project, including the Tracy Hills Phase 1A Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map. The Project Planner is Scott Claar, Senior Planner, (209)831-6429, Scott.Claar@cityoftracy.org.
 
All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
