DIRECTOR PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Tracy Development Services Director will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 7, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon after as possible, in Conference Room 129 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider to the following:

DEVELOPMENT REVIEW PERMIT APPLICATION NUMBER D18-0002: APPLICANT IS PONDEROSA HOMES III INC. AND PROPERTY OWNER IS TVC TRACY HOLDCO, LLC – Public hearing to consider an application for four additional floor plans and architecture for the Elissagaray Infill 47-lot single-family subdivision on the 10-acre site located on Dominique Drive between Eastlake Circle and Basque Drive, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 252-050-24 and 252-260-01. The project location previously received approval of a PUD zoning, a tentative subdivision map, and four floor plans and architecture on January 7, 2014. No changes to the zoning, subdivision layout, number of lots, or lot sizes are proposed with this application. The project is exempt from further environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 pertaining to projects that are consistent with the General Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report was certified.
