NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPSALS

FOR

HAZARD MITIGATION CONSULTING SERVICES

NOTICE IF HERBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") requests proposals for Hazard Mitigation Consulting Services to develop a Local Hazard Mitigation Plan for the City. 

Responses are to be provided to Karin Schnaider, Finance Director, by 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 1, 2018.  Proposals may either be emailed to Karin.schnaider@cityoftracy.org or delivered by post to City of Tracy, Finance Department, C/O Karin Schnaider, Finance Director, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, CA  95376.  Statement of qualifications and proposals that are mailed shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows:  'SEALED PROPOSAL FOR HAZARD MITIGATION CONSULTING SERIVCES - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL."

The services to be performed by the successful proposer(s) are described in the Request for Proposal (below) or may be obtained by contacting Karin Schnaider at the aforementioned email address or calling 209-831-6841.  Any questions should be directed to Karin Schnaider.

All responsive statement of proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the CITY in order to determine which proposer best meets the CITY's needs for this project by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services.  The criteria by which the CITY shall evaluate Proposals are set forth in the Request for Proposals.

The CITY RESERVES the right to reject any and all Proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal or the proposal process.
