Tracy Fire Department Mobile Training Tower

   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "CITY") requests proposals for MOBILE TRAINING TOWER and will receive proposals in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall Second Floor 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, California, 95376, Attn: Patrick Vargas, up to the hour of 4:00 p.m., on the 9th day of March, 2018.
   The services to be performed by the successful proposer are described in the Request for Proposals. Copies of the Request for Proposals are available on the City’s website at www.ci.tracy.ca.us (and any questions should be directed to) the CITY at Office of the Tracy Fire Department, 835 Central Avenue, Tracy, California, 95376, Attn: Patrick Vargas. The general scope of services includes: The intent and purpose of these specifications are to provide for construction and delivery of a mobile training tower to the Tracy Fire Department, City of Tracy, a municipal corporation. Provider shall supply contracts which shall assure the construction and delivery continuous supply of product prior to the contract ending period. Provider may be required to furnish information support its ability to supply, without major disruption, the product covered in this bid. Provider agrees to provide initial training to department members.
   Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows: “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR MOBILE TRAINING TOWER – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”
One copy of the proposal shall be provided in the sealed envelope.
All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the CITY in order to determine which proposer best meets the CITY’s needs for this Project by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. All bids are to be compared on the basis of meeting all necessary specifications. No bidder may withdrawal their bid for a period of 120 days after the date of opening the bids.
           The City reserves the right to award the bid to a bidder other than the low bidder if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
   The CITY reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal or the proposal process.
