DIRECTOR PUBLIC HEARING
 
The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 5, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 129 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:
 
D17-0006: Property Owner is Tracy Phase 1, LLC and Applicant is Mike Souza  – Southeast corner of Tracy Hills Road and School Road – Public hearing to consider a Development Review application to construct an approximately 6,935 square foot building with landscaping and parking area, known as Tracy Fire Station No. 95, located on approximately one acre at the southeast corner of Tracy Hills Road and School Road. The project is consistent with the Tracy Hills Final Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (State Clearinghouse No. 2013102053) certified by the City Council on April 5, 2016. The Project Planner is Scott Claar, Senior Planner, (209)831-6429, Scott.Claar@cityoftracy.org.
 
D17-0034: Applicant and Property Owner is Cal Atlantic Group – Assessor’s Parcel Number 242-040-52 – Public hearing to consider a Development Review application for the architectural design of a 61-lot residential subdivision, known as Primrose 2, located on approximately 23 acres in the vicinity of Azalea Avenue, Marigold Drive, Ivy Lane, Buttercup Lane, and Flora Way. This project is consistent with the Residential Low designation and density requirements of the General Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was certified on February 1, 2011. In accordance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Scott Claar, Senior Planner, (209)831-6429, Scott.Claar@cityoftracy.org.
