           The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct Public Hearings on Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following:
 
Application Number EXT17-0003: Time Extension for the Approved Elissagaray Infill Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map For 47 Lots (Application Number TSM12-0002). Applicant and Property Owner  are Terravest Development Group, LLC– Public hearing to consider a time extension for the approval of the Elissagaray Infill Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map for a single-family residential subdivision comprised of 47 lots located on Dominique Drive between Eastlake Circle and Basque Drive, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 252-050-24 and 252-260-01. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162 pertaining to projects with a certified Environmental Impact Report where the project does not propose substantial changes that will result in a major revision of the previous Environmental Impact Report. Application Number EXT17-0002: Time Extension for the Approved Berg Road 71-Lot Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map (Application Number TSM14-0003). Applicant is Fred Musser. Property Owner  is Marion William Company, LLC and Anne G. Steele Revocable Living Trust– Public hearing to consider a time extension for the approval of the Berg Road Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map for a single-family residential subdivision comprised of 71 lots on approximately 10 acres located at 2774 W. Byron Road, 2850 W. Byron Road, and 12920 W. Byron Road, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 238-080-04, 238-080-03, 238-050-01. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 pertaining to projects that are consistent with General Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report was certified.
