The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 21, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:
EXT17-0001: Development Review Approval Extension of Duplexes and Triplexes Totaling 18 Dwelling Units - Applicant and Property Owner is Hyder KhanPublic hearing to consider a one-year extension of the Development Review approval of three duplexes and four triplexes totaling 18 dwelling units at 262 W. Clover Road.  The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 pertaining in-fill development projects.  The Project Planner is Kimberly Matlock, Associate Planner, (209)831-6430.
All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
