            The City of Tracy City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following:
Ordinance Adding Chapter 9.68 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations to the Tracy Municipal Code – Public hearing to consider introduction of an ordinance adding Chapter 9.68, Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, to the Tracy Municipal Code. This ordinance is in response to a mandate by the State for local jurisdictions to adopt an expedited and streamlined permitting process for electric vehicle charging stations.   The Ordinance Author is Chris Landreth, Supervising Building/Fire Inspector, Christopher.Landreth@cityoftracy.org, (209)831-6411.
SPA17-0004: Applicant and property owner is 51 NEWCO, LLC – Public hearing to consider introduction of an ordinance amending the I-205 Corridor Specific Plan to create a new land use designation of General Commercial 2 and change the land use designation from General Commercial to General Commercial 2 for the property located at 1005 E. Pescadero Avenue (Assessor’s Parcel Number 213-060-40). The project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15183. The Project Planner is Scott Claar, Senior Planner, scott.claar@cityoftracy.org, (209)831-6429.
