07 05 17 CC Public Hearings

            The Tracy City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following:
ZA17-0002: City-Initiated Zone Text Amendment – Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Tracy Municipal Code, Chapter 10.08, Zoning Regulations, Planned Unit Development Ordinance (Article 13) and Development Review Ordinance (Article 30) to redefine the regulations within the ordinances to enable the streamlining of the development process.  The project is consistent with the General Plan Environmental Impact Report Certified on February 1, 2011.  In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Victoria Lombardo, Senior Planner, Victoria.Lombardo@cityoftracy.org or (209)831-6428.
Public Hearing to adopt the street centerline alignments of Promontory Parkway from International Parkway (Mountain House Parkway) to Lammers Road, Capital Park Drive from International Parkway to Pavilion Parkway, and Pavilion Parkway from Old Schulte Road to Capital Park Drive.  Adoption of the alignment plan for these streets will facilitate design and construction of roadway and utilities improvements that are necessary for the development of the Cordes Ranch / International Park of Commerce (IPC) and adjacent properties.
            All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
            Should you decide to challenge the decision of the City Council, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
