Records specialists answer all sorts of questions relating to police and community issues. They also manage criminal records, connect community members with the right employee to handle a specific issue, and provide support to our officers. Records personnel make computer entries into local, state and federal law enforcement databases. They also process all warrants, file criminal complaints with the district attorney, and track narcotic and sex registrants.
