The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 6, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 129 at Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:
D16-0032: DEVELOPMENT REVIEW APPROVAL FOR THE FOR THE REMOVAL OF THREE (3) EXISTING PANEL ANTENNAS AND REPLACING WITH SIX (6) NEW PANEL ANTENNAS ON AN EXISTING 156-FT. HIGH WATER TANK TOWER LOCATED AT 100 W. VALPICO ROAD – OWNER IS VALPICO PROPERTIES, LLC, AND APPLICANT IS JEFF LIENERT ON BEHALF OF T-MOBILE WEST, LLC. Public hearing to consider the removal of three (3) existing panel antennas and replacing with six (6) new panel antennas on an existing 156-ft. high water tank tower. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 pertaining to existing facilities. The Project Planner is Nash Gonzalez, Contract Planner.
All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
Should you decide to challenge the decision of the DS Director, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
