Attn: Kuldeep Sharma, Utilities Director

up to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 28, 2016
The City of Tracy is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants for the replacement of the John Jones Water Treatment (JJWTP) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) automation system. The existing SCADA system based upon the old version of Wonderware software, controls and integrates with the City’s existing John Jones Water Treatment Plant (JJWTP) which has present water treatment capacity of 30 mgd. The system has eight work stations at different locations. The SCADA system is integrated with and controls nine water production wells, four water reservoirs with pump stations, one Booster pump station, and one pressure monitoring station. The City is adding two more water reservoirs, two booster stations and a pump station which are either in the design and or construction phase.
