The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:


EXT16-0002: Extension of Development Review Approval for Two Buildings and Parking Area for Restaurant Uses at 3837 N. Tracy Boulevard (Application Number D13-0010). Applicant is Schack & Company, Inc. and Owner is Rymax, LLC.

Public hearing to consider a two-year extension of a Development Review approval of two multi-tenant restaurant buildings totaling approximately 6,000 square feet and associated parking and landscaping improvements located at 3837 N. Tracy Boulevard, Assessor’s Parcel Number 212-170-50. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 pertaining to infill development. All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
