The City of Tracy is seeking professional services from a qualified labor compliance and enforcement firm (Consultant) for the approval, implementation and administration of a Labor Compliance Program (LCP) to construct the Proposition 84 grant funded (Franks Tract Grant) Tracy Recycled Water Project (Project). The labor compliance services are required as a condition of the grant funding agreement (Agreement) between the City and the Department of Water Resources (DWR). The City has been awarded the grant from the DWR and the Agreement is expected to be executed in June 2016. The grant funded project involves design and construction of the recycled water facilities for the City of Tracy and is expected to cost $21.5 million ($16 million in construction costs).
