11 18 15 Planning Commission Public Hearing

The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 18, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider to the following:
Application Number D14-0027: Amendments to the Southgate Residential Subdivision Approved Architecture and Minimum Rear Yard Setback. Applicant and Property Owner are Bright Development– An amendment to the residential architecture and minimum rear yard setback requirement for the remaining 70 lots in the 71-lot Southgate detached single-family home subdivision located to the south of the western terminus of Schulte Road and east of Mabel Josephine Drive, prior application number 4-99-D approved on January 3, 2006. Application Number EXT15-0004: Extension Of The Elissagaray Infill Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map For 47 Lots (Application Number TSM12-0002) to January 7, 2018. Applicant and Property Owner  are TVC Tracy Holdco, LLC– An extension of the approval of the Elissagaray Infill Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map located on Dominique Drive between Eastlake Circle and Basque Drive, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 252-050-24 and 252-260-01 to January 7, 2018. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162 pertaining to projects with a certified Environmental Impact Report where the project does not propose substantial changes that will result in a major revision of the previous Environmental Impact Report.
