Disney’s Big Hero 6 Closes Tracy’s Movies on the Plaza Series
Posted: Aug 3, 2015Tracy, Calif. - The Movies on the Plaza Series finale will feature Disney’s Big Hero 6 (PG) on Friday, August 7, 2015. Movies on the Plaza are held in Tracy’s beautiful Civic Center Plaza, located at East & 10th Street. The movie will begin at sunset. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and low lawn chairs. Attending guest are welcome to set-up their seating area at 6:30 p.m. Snacks and snow cones will be available for purchase and popcorn will be given away during the event.
Tracy resident Veronica Ramos stated, "Movies on the Plaza is a great way to get the whole family out! I love the fact that I can take my nephews for a fun free night out."
The movie, Big Hero 6, is family-friendly and available for viewing by all audiences. The movie plot is as follows: From the creators of Frozen and Wreck It Ralph, this adventurous comedy begins in the fictional City of San Fransokyo. A 14-year-old Hiro Hamada is a robotic genius that later develops a special bond with a plus-sized inflatable robot named Baymax. As devastating events continue to plague the City of San Fransokyo, Hiro takes them on with the help of his robotic pal Baymax.
