Planning Commission Public Hearings

Public Hearing Notice

The City of Tracy Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 25, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Tracy Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:

CUP15-0001: Applicant is Pickering Firm, Inc. for FedEx Ground – 120 S. Hansen Road. - Public hearing to consider an application for the installation of 60-foot tall light poles in the truck courts at the FedEx facility. The project is consistent with the General Plan Environmental Impact Report, certified by the City on February 1, 2011. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. The Project Planner is Victoria Lombardo, Senior Planner, (209) 831-6428, Victoria.lombardo@ci.tracy.ca.us.
EXT15-0002: Applicant is SAC Wireless representing AT&T and the Property Owner is Union Pacific Railroad Company – Located at the southwest corner of Corral Hollow Road and W. Schulte Road (APN 240-010-07). - Public hearing to consider a renewal of the Conditional Use Permit approval for Application Number CUP13-0007, which allows the construction of a telecommunication monopine (i.e. a monopole designed as a pine tree) located approximately 1,000 feet west of Corral Hollow Road, south of W. Schulte Road (APN 240-010-07). The project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15183 pertaining to projects consistent with the General Plan and 15332 pertaining to certain infill development projects. The Project Planner is Scott Claar, Associate Planner. 
               All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
Should you decide to challenge the decision of the Planning Commission you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
