Jon Pardi Comes to the Grand

Posted: Mar 24, 2014

Tracy, Calif.- The Tracy Grand Theatre Center for the Arts presents Northern California native, Jon Pardi, to the Grand Theatre Friday, April 18 at 8:00 P.M.

Pardi’s debut album, ‘Write You a Song,’ was released on Jan. 14, 2014. His latest single, ‘What I Can’t Put Down,’ is a catchy, relatable tune. Jon Pardi is a natural performer and songwriter, co-writing ten of the 11 tracks on ‘Write You A Song,’ including Top 10 single, ‘Up All Night’ and his previous Top 25, ‘Missin’ You Crazy.’ He earned his first Top 10 single with ‘Up All Night’ – a tune penned by Pardi, Bart Butler and Brett Beavers. Jon Pardi celebrated the release of ‘Write You a Song’ with seven sold-out album release shows reaching from Bakersfield up to Seattle, over to Madison, Wisconsin and down to Louisville, Kentucky. He co-produced the album with Bart Butler. Butler also produced the original demos that secured Jon Pardi a publishing deal and included title track ‘Write You A Song.’
Jon Pardi has toured with Luke Bryan, Zac Brown Band, Eric Church, Dierks Bentley, Pat Green, Gary Allan and Alan Jackson. Pardi grew up in the small town of Dixon in Northern California. He began writing at age 12 and formed his first band at age 14.
Pardi’s musical influences include Alan Jackson, George Jones, Van Morrison, Buck Owens, Tom Petty, George Strait, Dwight Yoakam and ALABAMA. Spring 2013 found him on the road with Justin Moore and Dustin Lynch on the ‘Outlaws Like Me Tour.’
