Citywide Water System Master Plan
The Water System Master Plan evaluates the required backbone potable and recycled water system facilities required to serve buildout of the City’s General Plan. Buildout of the City’s Sphere of Influence includes existing developed land uses within City limits, on-going development projects infill with approved water supply and assumed future service areas.
