San Joaquin County Voter Service Centers Opening Tomorrow

Tracy City Hall also participating in Drive Up Democracy! on Election Day

 Beginning tomorrow, October 31st, there will be 34 Voter Service Centers open in San Joaquin County.  The five Voter Service Centers in the City of Tracy will be at the following locations:

John C. Kimball High School

Tom Hawkins Elementary School

Melville S. Jacobson Elementary School

Hours for all Voter Service Centers are:

9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday, October 31 through Monday, November 2

7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3


At the Voter Service Centers, the following services are available to the public:

  • Pick up a Vote-by-Mail ballot or get a replacement ballot.
  • Vote on an accessible touchscreen voting machine.  
  • Same-Day Voter Registration and request your ballot in person.



There are three Vote-by-Mail ballot drop-off locations in Tracy:


Tracy City Hall

Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Please enter through the main entrance facing the fountain.)

Tuesday (Election Day): 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Please Civic Center Plaza entrance.)

The City of Tracy will also be participating in Drive Up Democracy! at Tracy City Hall on Election Day (Tuesday, November 3rd), which will allow voters to drop off their ballots without exiting their vehicles.  Staff from the San Joaquin County Registrar of Voters will be onsite to assist with ballot drop offs from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  The map below indicates the traffic flow, available parking and ballot drop off area.
