The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:
D19-0030: Applicant is Teresa Goodwin with HPA, Inc. and Property Owner is IPT Tracy DC V, LLCPublic hearing to consider a Development Review Permit application for a truck parking lot expansion for the adjacent existing Home Depot warehouse and distribution facility.  The truck parking lot consists of 638 trailer-parking stalls on an approximately 18.46-acre site located on south side of Pescadero Avenue, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 213-070-89. The Project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per 15183 pertaining to projects consistent with a previously certified EIR.  The Project Planner is Kimberly Matlock, Associate Planner, (209)831-6430, kimberly.matlock@cityoftracy.org
               All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
