PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 23, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:

D19-0036: Applicant is High Tech Electric and Owner is Prologis – 1555 N. Chrisman Road, Assessor’s Parcel Number 250-020-91.
Public hearing to consider an application for the addition of a 60 square foot guard shack and perimeter fencing with an entry gate. The project is consistent with the General Plan Environmental Impact Report, certified by the City on February 1, 2011. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no further environmental assessment is required. At 11:00 a.m., a subsequent Public Hearing will be heard to consider:

D17-0020: New Industrial Building located at 6250 Promontory Parkway – Assessor’s Parcel Number 209-120-10. Applicant is Teresa Goodwin and Owner is Prologis, Inc. Public hearing to consider a Development Review Permit application for the construction of an approximately 1,025,116 sq. ft. industrial building and associate parking, trucking, and landscaping improvements in the International Park of Commerce. The project is consistent with a previously certified EIR; therefore, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183, no additional environmental review is required. All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.

Should you decide to challenge the decision of the DS Director, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
