The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following:


D19-0008: The applicant is Daniel Savage and the property owner is Tracy Mall Partners LLC – 2410 Naglee Road – Public hearing to consider an application for a Development Review Permit for exterior modifications to Fairfield Inn at 2410 Naglee Road (Assessor’s Parcel Number 212-050-63).  The Project has been determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15301, which pertains to exterior alterations of existing facilities where the Project involves no expansion of use.  The Project Planner is Kenny Lipich, Assistant Planner, (209)831-6443, Kenneth.Lipich@cityoftracy.org.


            All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.


            Should you decide to challenge the decision of the City Council, you may be limited to those issues that were raised for consideration at the hearing.
