CITY OF TRACY PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on November 20, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following:

APL19-0003: Appeal of a Variance granted to allow the construction of a single-family home located at 2482 Altoga Avenue with a two-car, tandem garage (APN 214-520-12): The request is to consider an appeal of a Variance (V19-0001) to the City’s off-street parking requirements. Tracy Municipal Code requires all single-family homes to construct a two car, side-by-side garage. On October 15, 2019, the City approved a Variance to allow the construction of a single-family home with a two-car garage to contain tandem (end-to-end) spaces instead of side-by-side spaces because the property is too narrow (25-feet wide) to fit a two-car-wide garage and meet the City’s side property line setback requirements. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Guidelines Section 15305 pertaining to residential structures of four dwelling units or less. D19-0026: Applicant and Property Owner are Kaiser Permanente – Public hearing to consider a Development Review Permit application for a parking lot expansion for the existing Kaiser medical office building located at 2185 W. Grant Line Road, Assessor’s Parcel Number 214-020-29. The project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per 15332 pertaining to in-fill development projects. All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
