Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.,Tracy City Hall, Conference Room 203 (upstairs)
333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, CA.

In anticipation of the Tri-Valley Regional Rail Authority’s plans for the Valley Link commuter rail service with a station in Downtown Tracy, the City is embarking on a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Project that will identify the community’s vision for the preferred type and density of development to occur within close proximity to the future Valley Link station, potential opportunity sites for Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), public realm improvements to support access to the station, and planning tools for achieving the desired outcome. The purpose of this workshop is to receive input from the community regarding the Downtown Transit-Oriented Development Project. Please contact Scott Claar, Senior Planner, with any questions, phone (209) 831-6429 / email scott.claar@cityoftracy.org.

All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
