CITY OF TRACY CITY COUNCIL
PUBLIC HEARING

     The City of Tracy City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Tracy Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:


Adoption of Supplement No. 3 of the Citywide Storm Drainage Master Plan.  A copy of this report is available upon request.

Adoption of the Storm Drainage Development Impact Fees and Findings for the Lammers and Mountain House WatershedsA copy of this report is available upon request.

Adoption of an Ordinance of the City of Tracy, by reference, the 2019 California Building and Related Codes, specifying which appendices apply to the City of Tracy, re-adopting certain existing sections of Title 9 Of The Tracy Municipal Code, adopting Local Standards related to Emergency Housing, Straw-Clay Construction, Corrosive Soils, Exterior Pallet Storage, Radio Amplification Systems, Other Emergency Responder Requirements and Flood Plain Regulations and setting a Public Hearing date and time for adoption of the Ordinance. – New versions of the various building and fire codes related to building design and construction are adopted by the State of California every three years. As new codes are adopted by the legislature, the City of Tracy amends our local ordinances as necessary. Amendment to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan Development Fee – Public hearing to consider the annual update to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan, based on the annual evaluation of the acquisition, assessment and enhancement, and management and administrative costs for the program, as administered by the San Joaquin County Council of Governments. The annual fee update is exempt from CEQA, pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3), which does not require CEQA review for projects that do not have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment.  The Project Planner is Kimberly Matlock, Associate Planner, who may be contacted at (209)831-6430 or Kimberly.Matlock@cityoftracy.org.


     All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
