CITY OF TRACY PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Tracy Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon after as possible, in the Tracy City Council Chambers, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider the following:

D19-0023 & CUP19-0006 & MS19-0004: Applicant is Tracy CHP Partners, LLC & Surveyors and Property Owners are Branagh Trust, Pattterson Trust, et al. Public hearing to consider applications for a Development Review Permit, Conditional Use Permit, and a Tentative Parcel Map for a California Highway Patrol facility consisting of six buildings totaling approximately 28,000 square feet and a 148-foot tall telecommunication facility located at 1305 E. Pescadero Avenue, Assessor’s Parcel Number 213-060-43. The project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per 15332 pertaining to in-fill development projects. CUP19-0005: The applicant is Andrew Davies and the property owner is Silverland Investment LLC – 3262 N. Tracy Blvd. Public hearing to consider approving a conditional use permit to allow a fitness center at 3262 N. Tracy Blvd. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, which pertains to existing facilities where the project does not involve expansion of an existing development. D19-0009: The applicant is Daniel Savage and the property owner is Tracy Mall Partners LLC – 2400 Naglee Road. Public hearing to consider an application for a Development Review Permit for exterior modifications to Hampton Inn at 2400 Naglee Road (Assessor’s Parcel Number 212-050-62). The project has been determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15301 which pertains to exterior alterations of existing facilities where the project involves no expansion of use.
