09 04 19 DIR Public Hearing

The City of Tracy Development Services Department will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, to consider:


D19-0010: Applicant is Schack & Company, Inc. and Property Owner is Rashed Elham, Inc. – Assessor’s Parcel Number 238-050-13.

Public hearing to consider a Development Review permit for construction of a new 60-unit apartment complex, known as Byron Apartments, located on approximately 5 acres at 2660 W. Byron Road.  The project has been determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15332, which pertains to certain infill development projects. All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
