PUBLIC HEARING
 
The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 1, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, to consider:
 
D19-0011: The applicant is Schack & Company Inc. and the owners are Frank and Mary Silva – The site is located near the southeast corner of Chrisman Road and Grant Line Road, Assessor’s Parcel Number 250-030-32 – The proposed project is an 85,000 square foot warehouse, including a 5,000 square foot office space and related site improvements on a 5-acre site.  The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Guidelines Section 15332 pertaining to infill development projects. The Project Planner is Genevieve Federighi, Assistant Planner, (209) 831-6435, Genevieve.Federighi@cityoftracy.org.
 
D19-0002: The applicant is Candice Edwards and Arianne Mischeaux for Little Investigators Preschool and the owner is Benham Accounting – The site is located at 1195 W 11th Street, Assessor’s Parcel Number 232-280-19 – The proposal is an application for minor alterations to an existing structure and related site improvements to provide a preschool facility on a 13,000 square foot site.  The preschool is proposed to operate on weekdays from approximately 7am to 6pm with a maximum of 35 children and three staff members.  The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to Guidelines Section 15303, New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures. The Project Planner is Genevieve Federighi, Assistant Planner, (209) 831-6435, Genevieve.Federighi@cityoftracy.org.
 
              All interested persons are invited to be present and to submit statements orally or in writing before or during the meeting.
