The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza Tracy, to consider:
D19-0007: The applicant is Schack & Company Inc. and the owners are Carolyn and Daniel Schaefer – 501 Hintz Avenue, Assessor’s Parcel Number 214-460-03 Public hearing to consider an application for the construction of a four-unit, multifamily building on a 0.16-acre site and related site improvements. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Guidelines Section 15303 pertaining to multi-family residential structures of four dwelling units or less.
