2018 Notice of Election

Resolution 2018-083 - Ordering the City Clerk to submit a Measure to the Voters to Adopt an Ordinance imposing a Cannabis Business Tax on commercial cannabis cctivities in Tracy to fund Police and Code Enforcement services at the General Municipal Election on November 6, 2018 and Directing the City Attorney to prepare an Impartial Analysis of the Measure.
