The City of Tracy’s City Council directed the City Manager to explore alternative solutions regarding the City’s aging and inadequate animal shelter. In response to this direction, the City Manager engaged Citygate Associates, LLC to help formulate and conduct a series of four (4) two-hour community conversation meetings with the City’s animal services stakeholders and
City staff.
