Lolly Hansen Senior Center

You're invited to visit the Lolly Hansen Senior Center where we offer a wide variety of classes, activities, special events and services to anyone 50+. The senior center is an active place with a positive atmosphere. Our focus is on Health and Wellness Programs, instilling Healthy Habits and Enhanced Lifestyle Opportunities. Our programs support today’s active seniors and strive to improve the health and well being of all community seniors.

Social Service Programs:
Lunch Program: Home delivered hot meals are available to homebound and/or temporarily ill persons. The Social Services Programmer must complete an application. Program is Monday-Friday, 10:15am to 12:30pm. For more information call the Lolly Hansen Senior Center at 831-4230.

Daily Nutrition Lunch: Hot lunches are provided with reservations by calling before 12pm for the next day. Individuals over the age of 60 qualify for the program. Suggested contribution of $2 meal is greatly appreciated. All other individuals are welcome, however, they must pay $6. Meals are served daily at 11am at the Lolly Hansen Senior Center.

Paralegal Services: Paralegal service is provided free of charge by the El
Concilio organization on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 1pm to 3pm. An appointment is necessary. For more information, or to arrange an appointment, call 831-4230.

Brown Bag: The Senior Brown Bag Program is designed to deliver bags of supplemental groceries to low-income senior citizens throughout San Joaquin County provided by Second Harvest Food Bank. It is held at the Lolly Hansen Senior Center on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. In order to receive Brown Bag, participants must fill out all forms. Organizations:
Golden Agers: The Golden Agers is a non-profit organization established in 1997. Their mission is to create activities and programs to unite senior citizens to support and encourage each other to stay active and involved. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 9:30am to 11:30am. There is a $25 annual fee. You must be 55+ to join.

Transportation
Paratransit Service: Seniors (age 60 and older) and ADA Certified passengers are able to use this service. Red Tickets are only for Seniors and ADA Certified Passengers. You must have a Tracer Paratransit Card, in order to ride Tracer Paratransit. Applications are located throughout the City. If you are a general public passenger and your trip begins or ends in an unincorporated area surrounding Tracy, you may ride Paratransit. See Paratransit page (Insert a link) for more details.

TRACER: With Tracer Fixed Route , the buses run from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays. Fixed route bus service means there's no need to make transportation plans ahead of time. Frequent bus service around Tracy makes it easy for you to get where you want to go. Most bus stops are located within a brief walk of your home, office or school in Tracy. (insert Link)
