Every permit needs a Building Permit Application filled out. Online application can be downloaded and completed on-line, but the application must be printed out and signed. All relevant information is required. The completed, signed form may be submitted in person or mailed to the Building Safety Division with appropriate plans (see Submittal Requirements) and plan check fees (See Fee Schedules). The balance of the permit fees will be due at the time the permit is issued.
If you are acting as an Owner / Builder please complete the Owner/Builder Form and present it prior to or at permit issuance time.
If you are responding to Plan review comments or are making any revisions to your plans please fill out and submit the Resubmittal/Revision Form with you corrected plans. Please note all changes need to be clouded and given a delta designation. Please return any Redline plans with your resubmittal also.
