Lifeguard Certification Courses
Becoming a lifeguard requires lots of hard work and the desire to help save lives. Each student is required to pass prerequisite swim skill assessments before permitted to continue in the course; knowing how to swim is required to be successful. Once permitted to continue with the course students will work towards CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification.
Anyone interested in pursuing lifeguard certifications can typically find employment with local cities, health clubs, and swim leagues. This type of job is great for high school students, college students, and anyone who enjoys being around swimming pools. Click here for class information.
