Water Aerobics
Looking for a low impact and fun workout? Water exercise is just the thing! This program is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, strength, conditioning, and general well-being. Everyone is encouraged to try our Water Exercise program regardless of age, gender or current fitness level. Water shoes are recommended.
