Water Aerobics

Looking for a low impact and fun workout? Water exercise is just the thing! This program is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, strength, conditioning, and general well-being. Everyone is encouraged to try our Water Exercise program regardless of age, gender or current fitness level. Water shoes are recommended.

Water Exercise

Starting Monday, June 27th
Monday – Thursday  
7pm – 8pm (optional Fridays will be available every other Friday starting July 8th)
$4 drop in per visit or $35/10 visit pass
Starting Tuesday July 5th
Monday – Thursday  
8am – 9am
$4 drop in per visit or $35/10 visit pass
Senior Water Exercise
Starts July 2nd
Saturday’s 11am – 12pm
$4 drop in per visit or $20/6 visit pass
*Seniors are more than welcome to join the AM and PM Water Exercise classes.
