Architectural and Engineering Services for the Interior and Exterior Remodel and Change of Occupancy from Retail Space to a Brewpub/ Restaurant for an approximately 11,017 square foot City-Owned Building in Downtown Tracy at 729/ 741 Central Avenue
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "CITY") requests proposals from architectural and engineering firms for the Downtown Brewpub/ Restaurant Project (hereinafter “Project”), and will receive proposals in the Development and Engineering Services Department (Attn: Scott Claar, Associate Planner), 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, California 95376, up to the hour of 5:00 p.m., on the 22nd day of March 2012..
2. The services to be performed by the successful proposer are described in the Request For Proposals (which is attached). Additional copies of the Request for Proposals are available from (and any questions should be directed to) Scott Claar, Development and Engineering Services Department, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, CA 95376 (phone: 209-831-6429).
