Tracy Police Searching for Owner of Found Urn

The Tracy Police Department is attempting to locate the owner of a 3 inch tall ceramic urn, containing cremated ashes.

A Tracy community member turned over the urn to police on August 30, 2011 after finding it in front of a residence in the first block of E. Third Street.
