 Tracy is no different than most cities that want to accentuate economic development.  The City Council goes as far as wanting growth in the “head of household” jobs in the community.  I get that, but let’s be sure. 

How much annual income is sufficient to support a typical Tracy household?  And is that a reasonable standard?  It almost sounds like a longing for the days of Ozzie and Harriett.  What are your thoughts?
