TRACY, CA– Join the Tracy Chamber of Commerce and the City of Tracy on March 23rd for the Annual State of the City Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Tracy Community Center located at 400 East 10th Street. Tickets are $25 and include a formal lunch.
Mayor Brent Ives will deliver a dynamic update of the City which includes a City review of 2010 and the vision for 2011, which includes public safety, new business recruitments and economic development efforts that maintain Tracy as a leader in San Joaquin County. Additionally, an economic forecast for the region will be delivered by Chuck Baker of Bank of the West.
In an effort to highlight State of the City sponsors and local businesses, a tradeshow will take place during the networking portion of the event. According to Larry Benson, Tracy Chamber of Commerce Board Chair, “The beauty of the State of the City is the unique civic education, economic opportunities and optimism it brings to residents and businesses alike.” “We want the Tracy community to know what the City and the Chamber are working towards in the spirit of community success.”
