City of Tracy Notice of Request for Proposals for Theatre Materials

Printing Of The Grand Theatre Center For The Arts, Arts Education Catalog And Presenting Season Brochure

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (herinafter “City”) requests proposals for the PRINTING OF THE GRAND THEATRE CENTER FOR THE ARTS, ARTS EDUCATION CATALOG and PRESENTING SEASON BROCHURE project (hereafter “Project”), and will receive proposals in the office of the Cultural Arts Division-Grand Theatre Center for the Arts, 715 Central Avenue, Tracy, California, up to the hour of 5 p.m., on the 17th day of August 2011.

The project is more specifically defined in the Request for Porposal but generally includes the following work to be done: Provide professional printing services for the Arts Education Program Class Catalogs and for the Presenting Season Brochures.
