| Storm Drain |

| Each developed parcel of land within the city shall be charged a storm drain maintenance fee based upon the impervious area of the developed parcel. The Equivalent Consumer Unit is the basic unit for computation. One (1) ECU = 3,140 square feet. Each ECU will be billed at $1.20 and included on your City of Tracy utility bill, if applicable. |

Containers will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost provided that the damage was not due to customer misuse or negligence. Lost or stolen containers will also be replaced at no cost.
