Commercial Utilities

The Finance and Administrative Services Department sends bills to City residents and businesses each month for water, sewer, garbage (solid waste) and storm drain services. About 25,000 bills are prepared each month. The City operates its own water and wastewater (sewer) plants as well as maintains a storm drain system. Garbage, recycling and yard waste service is provided by a private firm but the charge is combined on the City’s bill.
