Retail, Office, and Industrial Incentive ProgramsIn an effort to stimulate private sector investment in the community, the City of Tracy has established retail, industrial and office incentive programs. The Retail Incentive Program has two major components; the I-205 Retail Incentive Program and the Tracy Mall Revitalization Program, which provide sales tax rebates or direct financial assistance to tenants of the I-205 Specific Plan Area and West Valley Mall. The Office and Industrial Incentive Program provides sales tax rebates or direct financial assistance to new office and industrial businesses which meet certain sales tax and job creation thresholds.
